Joe was previously VP of Client Experience at CampusWorks and ran Ellucian’s corporate IT for many years. He is a collaborative leader known for his passion for building formidable teams framed by a cooperative and trusting culture focused on customer needs.

His key areas of expertise lie in strategic business development, leadership, customer relationships, and developing global partnerships, mergers & acquisition. As part of OculusIT, Jim helps colleges and universities leverage the latest technologies and reduce their overall operational costs via strategic IT initiatives. Jim was previously with Accenture.

Damon has over 20 years of experience in technology operations and management. As VP, Operations at OculusIT, he is responsible for developing and executing a global operations strategy in the company’s support functions, product and service delivery, customer billing, information technology, and global procurement. Damon held technical management roles at Concentrix, CSC and Navisite.
