NetSuite Implementation Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION Position NetSuite Implementation Specialist Experience 3–5+ Years Position Summary We are looking for a driven and experienced NetSuite Implementation Specialist with hands-on experience transitioning finance operations from Tally and QuickBooks Online (QBO) to NetSuite ERP. The ideal candidate will have a solid accounting background, strong functional NetSuite expertise, project coordination skills, and the ability to manage data migration, configuration, and user training. This role will ensure smooth migration and adoption of NetSuite for financial, operational, and reporting processes. Key Responsibilities NetSuite Implementation & Migration Lead full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementation and deployment from discovery to go-live. Perform data migration activities from Tally and QuickBooks Online including chart of accounts, customers, vendors, opening balances, transactions, and historical data. Map accounting and transactional data structures from legacy systems (Tally/QBO) into NetSuite and manage imports using CSV or migration tools. Coordinate with external consultants or implementation partners to ensure proper project scope, milestones, and deliverables. Validate data integrity and perform reconciliation between legacy systems and NetSuite post-migration. Functional Configuration & Optimization Configure and customize NetSuite modules (GL, AR/AP, Revenue Recognition, Reporting, etc.) to align with business processes. Ensure workflows, roles & permissions, workflows, and saved searches are set up to maximize system efficiency. Identify requirements for customizations and collaborate with technical resources for scripting or suitesolutions. Develop reports and dashboards to support financial reporting and analytics. Accounting & Business Process Alignment Apply accounting principles and best practices to NetSuite setup, including handling multi-entity configurations, intercompany transactions, and consolidation. Support month-end and period close processes within NetSuite, validating account reconciliations and financial outcomes. Training & Change Management Train and mentor finance, operations, and functional users on NetSuite use and best practices. Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and user guides for NetSuite processes. Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution to ensure successful adoption. Project Leadership Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders during the implementation lifecycle. Monitor project progress, risk issues, and remediation plans. Communicate status regularly to business leaders and implementation partners. Required Qualifications Education & Professional Qualification Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance Experience Minimum 3–5+ years of finance and accounting experience. Proven experience in implementing NetSuite ERP, including configurations and migrations. Experience migrating accounting systems from Tally and QuickBooks Online (QBO) to NetSuite (or equivalent legacy systems). Strong understanding of accounting processes, journals, sub-ledgers, and reconciliations. Capability to independently lead NetSuite implementation phases and coordinate with external partners. Technical & Functional Skills Proficient in NetSuite setup, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reporting. Solid data migration skills (data mapping, cleansing, transformation, import). Excellent Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) for migration validation and reporting. Good understanding of workflows, permissions, and system governance. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and training skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deliverables. Preferred Qualifications NetSuite Administrator or Consultant Certification. Exposure to advanced NetSuite modules (OneWorld, Revenue Recognition, Project Accounting). Prior experience with multi-entity accounting and consolidated reporting.

JOB DESCRIPTION Position Technical CRM Specialist (HubSpot, Salesforce & ConnectWise) Experience 3–7 Years Location Gurugram, Haryana We are looking for a technically strong resource with hands-on experience in HubSpot, Salesforce, and ConnectWise to manage system configuration, integrations, automation, and technical support across sales, marketing, and service operations. Key Responsibilities: Configure, customize, and administer HubSpot, Salesforce, and ConnectWise (Manage/Automate). Develop and maintain workflows, automation, pipelines, and business process rules. Implement and manage integrations between CRM, marketing, and service platforms (API-based integrations preferred). Create dashboards, reports, and performance analytics. Ensure data accuracy, deduplication, and governance across systems. Support lead lifecycle management, ticketing workflows, and sales/service processes. Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to internal teams. Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for enhancements and upgrades. Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience in HubSpot, Salesforce administration, and ConnectWise. Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, integrations, and automation tools. Experience in CRM data migration and system implementation. Understanding of sales funnel, marketing automation, and service ticket workflows. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred: Salesforce / HubSpot certifications. Experience in MSP / IT services environment. Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.

JOB DESCRIPTION Position Colleague ERP Analyst Location US The Colleague ERP Analyst will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, support, and continuous improvement of the Ellucian Colleague Student Information System (SIS). This role will work closely with functional and technical stakeholders across university departments to ensure Colleague supports academic, administrative, and operational needs effectively. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary ERP subject matter expert as Colleague administrative systems. Analyze current business processes and recommend ERP-driven improvements across departments (Enrollment, Finance, Student Services, HR, etc.). Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with institutional policies and federal regulations (FERPA, GLBA, etc.).
