Chicago, IL. OculusIT, a leading Managed IT and Cloud Services company, recently announced its partnership with University of Central Oklahoma (UCO) for Banner® Managed Services.
UCO was looking to partner with an expert IT services provider for database and system administration support for their ERP, Banner®. OculusIT, with over 15 years of IT experience in ERP management, has helped numerous colleges and universities across the U.S. with Banner® management and hosting services.
Through this partnership, OculusIT will support UCO with remote services for Banner® DBA, Banner® Functional Analyst, System Administration and Project Management. OculusIT will provide a highly-skilled Database Administrator who’ll help UCO with installation, configuration and upgrades for their database environment, Luminis® administration, after-hours support and system administration. The Functional Analyst will assist the University’s core baseline Banner® modules, review customizations, implement custom Banner® technical needs, and provide executive reports among other areas. As part of remote system administration, UCO will benefit from installations, upgradations and configurations for their OS environment, patches installation and updates among other functions. The system administrators from OculusIT are highly skilled experts in Unix (Linux) as well as Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
